The Red River Reef and Reptile Expo is made possible by the vendors and sponsors of the event. Without their support, this event would not happen. Because of the overwhelming level of support from both the Reef and Reptile hobbies, we have been able to keep this event running and will grow into the future. When making purchases of equipment or livestock, please be sure to support our vendors and sponsors.
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of our event, we will welcome your support! Please check out the information on this page for further information on the different areas and levels of sponsorship. If you have another idea not directly outlined, we are more than happy to discuss and see if it will work for the event.
These will be the sponsorship options available to people interested. Options can be stacked as well so if a specific sponsor wants to do multiple options, they can. The benefits will stack and they will have the opportunity for even more exposure. All sponsors have the opportunity to add items to the goodie bags given to all attendees of the event. Sponsorships will run from the date signed up until six months after the event, but will be permanent on the archived pages for the specified event year. Sponsors have the next year right to first refusal to the level once signed up...
This sponsorship covers the external signage, posters and other printed materials for the event. It will provide for up to 2 weeks advertisement in advance of the event.
To qualify for this level of sponsorship, you must donate a product, livestock or gift certificate to be given away to the attendees at the event. There is no minimum or maximum you can donate to the raffle. All profits made from the sale of tickets will be donated to charitable organizations supporting the reef, reptile and other exotic pet hobbies.
